The model allows me to deliver the most appropriate evaluation and treatment methods for your individual case. In turn, you receive the treatment you need. I am not influenced by the amount of reimbursement I would receive from insurance companies. My focus can then remain on your goals and reaching them in the most effective, efficient way. We care about getting you better, faster!

Initial Evaluation – Includes Examination / Analysis, Treatment (90 minutes)
– $200.00

Follow-up Treatment Sessions (75 – 90 mins)
– $180.00

Fees are due at the time of service. I do not bill insurance, however upon request a receipt with necessary information can be provided should you choose to self-submit to your insurance (out-of-network). Since every insurance company is different and each policy is different, I am unable to indicate if or how much an insurance company will reimburse or apply to your deductible. I am not enrolled as a Medicare provider.
